ShellStage develops and publishes the Android applications listed below on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information each app handles, why it is handled, when third-party services receive it, and the choices available to you. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ShellStage.
This policy applies to Beer Pong Originals, Visual Budget: 3D Tracker, Perya Color Game, and Traffic Jam: Traffic Tycoon 3D. These apps do not require or offer ShellStage user accounts.
Summary by App
Data practices differ by app. The summary below reflects the apps’ current Google Play Data safety declarations. “Collect” includes data transmitted from an app by an embedded third-party software development kit (SDK), even when ShellStage does not receive or store that data on its own servers.
| App | Data handling | Primary purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Beer Pong Originals | May collect and share approximate location, app activity, and app information and performance through advertising and related SDKs. | Advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app performance. |
| Visual Budget: 3D Tracker | Budget entries and other financial records remain on your device. The current Google Play declaration also identifies device or other identifiers as collected and shared. | Core offline budgeting; identifiers, where transmitted by an included SDK, are used for SDK operation, security, measurement, or diagnostics. |
| Perya Color Game | May collect and share approximate location, app activity, app information and performance, and device or other identifiers through advertising and related SDKs. | Advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app performance. |
| Traffic Jam: Traffic Tycoon 3D | The current production version is declared as collecting and sharing no user data. | Game progress is handled locally to provide offline gameplay. |
Information Handled on Your Device
Some apps store game progress, settings, or user-created records locally on your device. In Visual Budget: 3D Tracker, this includes the financial entries you choose to enter, such as expenses, income, budgets, and savings goals. ShellStage does not operate an account or cloud service that receives those records.
Local information remains until you delete it using an available in-app control, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Your device or operating-system backup settings may separately preserve app data; those backups are controlled by your platform provider and device settings.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Depending on the app version, an ad-supported ShellStage app may include Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, and Liftoff Monetize. These services may process information such as the Android Advertising ID or another device identifier, IP-address-derived approximate location, ad views and interactions, app interactions, device information, crash data, and performance data.
These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. They may use information to deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic or fraud, and maintain their services. ShellStage does not sell personal and sensitive user data for money. Advertising-related disclosure of identifiers or activity may, however, be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.
Service provider policies
Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, an ad-supported app requests your choice before using information for personalized advertising. You may decline personalized advertising and still receive contextual or limited ads. Where a privacy-options control is available in an app’s settings or ad interface, you can use it to review or change your choice.
- Android advertising ID: Use your Android device’s privacy or ads settings to reset or delete the advertising ID. Menu names vary by Android version.
- Google controls: Review Google’s My Ad Center to manage advertising preferences associated with Google.
- US state choices: Where applicable, use the in-app privacy-options control or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out from targeted advertising.
Disabling an advertising identifier or personalized ads does not necessarily stop contextual ads, security processing, aggregate measurement, or information required for the app or SDK to operate.
Retention and Deletion
ShellStage does not maintain a user-account database for these apps. Locally stored information is retained as described above. Information processed by an advertising or analytics provider is retained only for the provider’s stated purposes and according to its retention rules, legal obligations, and your privacy choices. Because this information is held in provider systems, ShellStage may not be able to identify or delete it directly.
You may email us with a data or deletion request. Please name the app, describe the request, and provide only the information needed for us to respond. We will verify and act on requests we can reasonably associate with ShellStage or direct you to the relevant provider. Some data may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to establish or defend legal claims. Privacy correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Security
We minimize the information our apps handle and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of that information. Data transmitted by the third-party services described in this policy is sent using encryption in transit where supported and required. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
International Processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, they use recognized safeguards for international transfers as described in their privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
These apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a ShellStage account or server. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with one of our apps, contact us so we can review the matter.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; or appeal a decision about a request. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also contact your local data-protection or privacy authority.
Contact ShellStage
For privacy questions or requests, contact ShellStage at cieindies@gmail.com. Include the name of the relevant app. Please do not email financial records, advertising IDs, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate method.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when an app, SDK, or legal requirement changes. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how an app handles information, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
